quantax.utils.isnan(x: NDArray | Array | LogArray | ScaleArray) → Array

Element-wise NaN test that dispatches to LogArray.isnan() / ScaleArray.isnan() for the stable representations and falls back to jax.numpy.isnan() for plain arrays.
